About Hard Rock Cafe

1971, Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton created a place where rock stars could rub elbows with truck drivers, enjoying roadside cafe food while listening to the music they loved. The first cafe started out in London inside an old Rolls Royce dealership! It didn’t take long to become a globally recognised brand going from strength to strength in the ensuing years. The campaign

Hard Rock Cafe set SeeLocal to work creating a set of display ads showcasing Hard Rock Cafe’s online offer. The sophisticated platform and CampaignGuardTM targeting technology displayed the ads to relevant audiences within the target location around London’s busy thoroughfare Mayfair and to those who had previously visited the companies website. Clicking the ads meant being taken through to relevant landing pages on their website.

Here are the key results from Hard Rock Cafe London’s campaign. With conversion to sales being hard to measure the main aim for Seelocal was to generate a high number of visitors to the landing pages on the company website. The campaign generated fantastic engagement, with a click-through rate of nearly 0.9% from a relatively small amount of ads shown, it no doubt lead to many more people gorging themselves on the delicious advertised dessert!
